things you want to know... Arrival Time Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled check in time. Dress Code Our goal is to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. So feel free to come in casual clothing. Of course we will  provide you with a robe and slippers and other amenities to assure your relaxation. Robes & Slippers We supply them, BUT if you prefer, feel free to bring your own. Where do I change? Wind-down? Upon your arrival, you will be brought to your own private suite. It is here where you will be able to change into your robe and slippers, receive all of your services and to relax for an add'l 15 minutes. To aid in your winding down process we will provide you with a with a warm neck wrap, essential oil marble foot soak,complimentary glass of wine or champagne. (Herbal tea upon request) What is the Village Spa room service approach? All the therapists come to you; in your suite. If you stay on for a tea service, breakfast, lunch or dinner; all this takes place right in your suite. Couples Services-Are we Together? Yes-this is one of our specialties. Our suites have been designed to accommodate shared services, meals & experiences. (of course, if you prefer separate rooms for the service(s), we can accommodate that as well) Can I shower? ( Do you have a steam room/sauna) All of our suites have a private shower. If you will be doing one of our body treatments, of course you will be using the shower. Otherwise, use of the shower requires an add-on of time. (which is included in many of our packages) Our Master I Suite features a sauna. Our Master II Suite features a Jacuzzi Steam Shower.  *Note-We supply towels, shampoo, conditioner,  body wash and shaving supplies. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own supplies, please do so. What do I wear during the service(s)? For facials- you can leave your undergarments on as you will be in a facial gown. For Massage- you may remove your bra and your underwear if you would like (whatever makes you most comfortable) as you will be completely covered within sheets (her/him). For Body Treatments-We supply disposable garments. Can I shave my legs before being exfoliated? Only if you will be receiving a dry brush exfoliation. Shaving is not recommended before the milk & honey salt glow, the peppermint patty rub and any other salt or sugar based exfoliations. Do I have to do anything before my facial? Him-Please shave before coming for your facial. Her-You can wear makeup if you like--however,it will be removed by the Esthetician. Do I have to do anything before and after my tanning treatment? Do not shave the day of the treatment. Also, you won't be able to shower for 6-8 hours after the tanning application. For best results, we recommend you apply a moisturizer each day. Can I add any services while I'm at the Spa? Probably not. During a facial, it's possible to add some waxing. Otherwise, since we pre-schedule all of our appointments, it's not likely that we would be able to accommodate an additional service. Tipping Gratuity is already included in all of our services and packages.
