1. When are you open?
    We are open Tuesday-Sunday, by appointment. We are closed on Monday.

  2. How early should I arrive?
    Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.

  3. Do you accept payments by credit or debit cards?
    Yes. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to pay in cash, be sure to bring the exact amount.

  4. How far in advance should I book an appointment?
    Please allow no less than 3 days to schedule an appointment. As our team of professionals are independent contractors, we need time to ensure your appointment is adequately staffed.

  5. How can I purchase a gift certificate?
    You may purchase gifts at the Spa, via phone or online. Gifts purchased over the phone can be emailed or mailed directly to the recipient or to the purchaser.

  6. What is your cancellation policy?
    We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy- should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 50% charge will apply. For gift certificate holders, 50% of a gift will be forfeited.

  7. Can I take a shower after my service?
    Guests may use the Spa's amenities- shower and sauna- by adding time to the end of a Spa Package or Service.  There is a charge of $20 for an additional 30 minutes of time to use amenities. Extra time MUST be scheduled as this allows us to allot Spa space and all guests's time appropriately.

  8. Do you only offer services for couples? What if I want to bring my mom?
    Our services can be shared with anyone! You are more than welcome to book services with friends, sisters, brothers, moms, dads etc or you can certainly enjoy on your own.

  9. I'm flying solo, what if I'd like to schedule a massage today?
    While we do ask for a few days notice, an appointment for one guest scheduled on the same day for massage therapy is possible- please call ahead for availability.

  10. I'd like to get some services with a few friends- is that possible?
    Sure! We can accommodate groups up to 4 guests. When scheduling an appointment for more than 2 people, give at least one week's notice.

  11. Is there parking available?
    Yes, there is parking available in the rear of 14 Tower Pl (blue house). The entrance to the spa is also in the rear of the blue house. For those traveling in separate vehicles- parking is limited to two spaces, thus, any additional vehicles may be parked in any of the town's municipal lots, all of which are a short walking distance from the Spa.

  12. If I'm late, can I still have the full time as originally scheduled?
    We understand surprises happen and you may be running late for an appointment- when we are able to honor the full length of your service/s, we most certainly will. This may not always be the case and we may need to end as scheduled in order to accommodate subsequent appointments and our professionals' time. If necessary, your service/s may be shortened accordingly. When late, you will be charged for the appointment as scheduled.
